Restrictions: You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute AI Output as a standalone product or service. You may not use AI Output to train competing AI models or services.

Accuracy and Limitations

No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive to provide high-quality AI-generated marketing plans, AI technology has inherent limitations. AI Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or recommendations that may not be suitable for your specific situation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI Output.

Professional Advice: AI Output is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional marketing, legal, financial, or business advice. You should review all AI Output carefully and consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions based on AI recommendations.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any marketing strategies suggested by our AI. Black White Marketing is not responsible for any outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from your use of AI Output.

Subscription Tiers and AI Features

Our AI features vary by subscription tier:

• Free Tier: Access to Foundation-level questionnaire (10 questions) and standard AI generation with up to 5 marketing plans per month.
• Premium Tier: Access to all questionnaire tiers (30 questions including Foundation, Execution, and Optimization) and High Effort AI generation with up to 50 marketing plans per month.
• White Glove Tier: Full access to all AI features plus personalized consultation and unlimited marketing plans.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our AI services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time with or without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR AI SERVICES AND AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, OR THAT IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLACK WHITE MARKETING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR AI SERVICES OR AI OUTPUT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
